This appointment will require you to fill out a health history, include a brief discussion and assessment with your therapist followed by your massage. Total length of appointment, 60 minutes. Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early for this appointment if you did not complete the electronic version of your health history form. Direct billing available for most insurance companies.

90 Minute - Therapeutic Massage Appointment

Get the most out of your massage with one hour bookings! This appointment allows the therapist adequate amount of time to assess the soft tissue and joints of the body and treat with Swedish massage techniques to prevent physical dysfunction and pain.

60 Minute - Therapeutic Massage Appointment

Don't have a full hour but a half hour is too short? Book a 45 minute!

45 Minute - Therapeutic Massage Appointment

Quick fix! This appointment is for those looking to target a specific problem area with limited time. Not suitable for full body treatments or multiple aliments.

30 Minute - Therapeutic Massage Appointment

For pregnant clients only! Therapists use a side-lying pillow position for the safest, posture neutral and most comfortable position for expecting mothers. Please indicate how far along you will be in the notes.

Prenatal 90 Minute - Therapeutic Massage Appointment

Prenatal 60 Minute - Therapeutic Massage Appointment

Cupping Therapy is a modified version of the common practice of cupping, used in traditional Chinese medicine. Cupping Therapy is used to help break down the rigid tissue of muscle and fascia. Some of the many benefits include improve blood flow, promote cell repair, improve range of motion, relieve muscle tension and decrease pain. Thus inducing the body into a state of self repair. This is a treatment that can be used for both acute and chronic conditions. Each session can last between 30-60 minutes depending on the area in which requires treatment, pricing varies. Ask your therapist about this form of therapy if you're interested in more information!
